Summary: As a Life Sciences generalist, you will be responsible for GTM and pre-sales activities within the practice. You will contribute towards POVs, come up with industry differentiated solutions to client problems as well as to sales opportunities. You will work with the local and global client teams to understand their pain points and help define solutions to solve their problems. You will stay abreast of the latest and greatest technology trends in the pharma and medical device industry and propose areas of investment to build use cases and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand client problems or focus areas. - Design use cases based on business process needs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences (pharma and medical device value chain). - Strong understanding of at least one core area/function within Life Sciences. - Experience in GTM and pre-sales strategy - Knowledge of business and IT KPIs for pharma and medtech. - Good To Have Skills: Technology skills around R&D or Commercial, GenAI - Recommendation: Knowledge of data and AI in LS Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Life Sciences. - Candidate should have great communication skills (oral and written) - This position is based at our Bangalore. Pune, Chennai or Hyderabad offices. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
