- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Address any conflicts or issues that arise during the project.
- Use business analysis techniques to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable project tasks.
- Work closely with end-users to understand their needs.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare regular status reports for management.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, change requests, and lessons learned.
- Conduct unit testing of data transformations and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with end-users during user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the outcome aligns with business requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation related to various projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users.
