Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal. Additionally expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is required. This is a hybrid work model position with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex Genesys solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal into existing systems.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Genesys-related projects.Ensure that all Genesys solutions are scalable reliable and secure.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Genesys implementations.Develop and maintain documentation for Genesys architectures and configurations.Conduct regular reviews of Genesys systems to identify and address potential issues.Optimize Genesys solutions to improve performance and user experience.Stay updated with the latest developments in Genesys technologies and industry best practices.Work closely with the Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.Provide training and mentoring to junior team members on Genesys technologies.Participate in the planning and execution of Genesys-related projects from inception to completion.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare domain.
