The Team

Deloittes Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) practice focuses on delivering practical, strategy-driven value through advisory services that optimize, reinvent, and improve the supply chain from end to end design, plan, source, make, and deliver. We tackle organizations most complex issues by drawing on global capabilities that span all areas of business strategy and operations and industries.The focus therefore is on providing holistic offerings to address client business issues and engaging with them in deploying high impact delivery models that support their overarching business strategy.

Consultant/Senior Consultant (C/SC)

We are seeking a skilled Consultant/Senior Consultant with over 4+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including at least one to two full implementation cycles or significant experience managing support and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:


Leverage deep functional knowledge in supply chain management, particularly in areas such as demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory optimization or supplier network optimization.
Design, develop and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse resources, including workbooks, scheduled tasks, automation chains, alerts, data sources, mappings, and data models.
Demonstrate hands-on expertise in one or more modules such as S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Capacity Planning or Master Production Scheduling.
Have a solid understanding of the RapidResponse Data Model, Data Sources & Mapping and be familiar with ETL processes.


Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure solutions meet expectations.
Customize and integrate RapidResponse to align with customer-specific processes and business needs.

Certifications:

Required: Solution Consultant Level 1, Integration Consultant Level 1.
Good to have: Author level 3 certification, Application badges.
