Job Description
- Own end-to-end OTC flows including:
- Order Management
- Pricing & Discounts
- Fulfillment & Shipping
- Billing and AR handoffs
- Translate revenue and fulfillment requirements into system rules, orchestration logic, and data flows.
Technical Engagement & Ownership
- Engage hands-on with technical teams on:
- Order orchestration extensions
- Pricing logic implementations
- PL/SQL validations and post-processing
- Review and validate:
- Custom code behavior
- Data persistence and sequencing
- Error handling and recovery logic
- Participate actively in technical design and troubleshooting sessions.
- Define and govern integrations with:
- CRM systems
- WMS
- Logistics and billing platforms
- Understand and trace data across:
- Order headers and lines
- Fulfillment lines
- Pricing entities
- Validate OTBI/BIP and custom SQL for financial and operational accuracy.
- Act as the OTC technical-functional escalation point during incidents.
- Lead root cause analysis across configuration, integrations, and PL/SQL logic.
- Support high-volume, performance-sensitive OTC environments.
- Provide executive-level communication on risks, fixes, and system behavior.
