Mandatory Experience Requirements
- 2+ Years of relevant Work Experience in Real Estate
- Thorough knowledge of Plumbing
- Installing new plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, fittings, and appliances
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as drain cleaning, pressure testing, and backflow prevention.
- Repairing plumbing leaks, clogs, and other malfunctions.
- Natural communicator who enjoys engaging at all levels
- Self-motivated and confident
