We are HIRING for #Support Executive (Technical Troubleshoot Consultant)

This is for FULL -TIME role

Location: On-site (Mumbai Olympus Thane) - Preferred local candidates only

Experience : Minimum 2 years in technical troubleshooting

Exposure to Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments

Communication Skills : Must be excellent

Must-Have Skills:

Experience: 2 4 years

Note: Focussing on candidates who fixes software issues for customers and talks confidently with them

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Support Executive with strong technical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication to support software/application issues across multiple platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support / technical troubleshooting
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) CEFR B2 minimum (C1 preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes
• Ability to provide First Call Resolution and handle omni-channel support
• Experience in customer handling , including escalation management
• Accurate case documentation and working knowledge of CRM tools
• Experience supporting software / application issues (Adobe products or similar tools)

Education:

Graduate or Undergraduate with 18 months of technical support experience

Shift: 24/7

Good to Have: Cross-selling / Upselling experience
