Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers.
Oversee development and maintenance of Dentalkart's website and mobile app.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
Own the complete software development lifecyclefrom planning to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
Ensure high code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub Actions.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Troubleshoot critical production issues and deploy fixes rapidly.
Regularly review system architecture and suggest improvements.
Plan sprints and manage Jira task board for timely delivery.
