MNC Hiring: Technical Support Engineer International Voice Support
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Evening Shift (Starting 5 PM onwards)
Open Positions: 5
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 6 Months

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers to provide high-quality technical assistance to global customers. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, and system-related issues while delivering excellent customer experience through international voice support.

Key Responsibilities
Hardware Troubleshooting
- Diagnose issues related to RAM, HDD/SSD, Display, and Motherboard
- Identify boot failures, hardware malfunctions, and performance issues
- Guide users in hardware diagnostics and component checks
- Provide technical support to international customers via voice
- Troubleshoot hardware, graphics, and system-related issues
- Diagnose problems related to Windows, Linux, and Mac environments
- Assist customers with software installations, device issues, and system performance
- Document technical issues and resolutions in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams when required
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills
- International Voice Support experience (mandatory)
- Hardware troubleshooting experience (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Operating Systems (Windows / Linux / Mac)
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
