About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Specialist to design, develop, and maintain Kafka infrastructure and applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Kafka infrastructure and applications.
- Manage and optimize Kafka clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and implement best practices for Kafka architecture and data streaming.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data streaming requirements and solutions.
- Deployment, monitoring, and management tasks for Kafka environments.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on Kafka-related projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Kafka developments and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Diploma or BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics
- B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT + RHCSA Certified
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Kafka.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other data streaming technologies.
