Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience in industrial instruments and equipment. The role involves technical service, application understanding, and end-to-end coordination from enquiry to order closure.

Technical Service Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance as per SOP
• Train customer operators and engineers on machine operation and safety
• Coordinate with internal engineering and OEM teams for issue resolution
• Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer feedback
• Support FAT, SAT, and acceptance trials when required
• Ensure timely closure of service tickets and minimal downtime at customer sites

Qualification & Experience

• BE / BTech / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
• 13 years of experience in instruments / equipment sales or application support

Preferred Background

• Testing & measurement instruments
• Laboratory or industrial equipment
• Battery testing / R&D equipment (added advantage)
