Technical Sales Manager

Contract Basis

Industry: Immersive Tech / Events / Exhibitions / Retail Installations

Role Overview

We are looking for a contract-based Technical Sales Manager with proven experience in event and exhibition technology. The candidate must have hands-on exposure to LED walls, interactive displays, AV systems, and fabrication-driven installations.

This is not a pure relationship sales role. The candidate must be capable of converting client requirements into technically feasible, cost-effective execution plans and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for immersive and experiential tech solutions.
2. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
3. Understand spatial constraints, power requirements, venue limitations.
4. Propose technically viable solutions aligned with budget.
5. Prepare:

• BOQs
• Costing sheets
• Technical proposals
• Commercial submissions

6. Coordinate with Event Technical Support and Project Management teams for feasibility validation.

7. Drive lead conversion and meet agreed revenue targets.

8. Ensure structured handover to execution teams post-confirmation.

Required Experience

1. Minimum 47 years in event/exhibition sales or AV integration sales.
2. Strong knowledge of:

• LED walls
• Interactive displays
• AV systems
• Fabrication-based installations

3. Experience in preparing accurate costing and technical documentation.

4. Experience working in UAE preferred.
