We are one of the leading manufacturers of Axial Fans for Engine Cooling and HVAC|R

applications in the world. We are located in Chakan Pune Maharasthra and sales office

in#10 ,WingFan India Private Limited,Clay Works Create, No. 11th KM, Arekere,

Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore with headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.


The role


You will be part of WingFan IndiaSales team in India and be joining a company that

emphasizes action, quality, flexibility and innovative thinking. Our company has an

open-minded atmosphere and an excellent but demanding work environment. We are

involved in the projects from start to finish and have a wide range of contacts across

the organization in our daily work

We are looking for new Sales Engineers in India.


Key areas of responsibility:


Present, promote and sell the entire range of products and services using solid

arguments to existing and especially prospective customers in a dedicated

geographic area

Develop the market for fan as well as any newly launched product.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to

meet their technical and commercial needs

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

also by keeping the CRM system constantly updated

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize

satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,

competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback


Professional Qualifications:


Proven work experience as a Sales Representative if possible in the fan, HVAC & R

industry or in another component sales position for the OEM industry

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business

professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Willing to travel

This role fits to a person who is inspirational, manipulative and has the drive to achieve.

The job is likely to require that tangible, measurable results are to be obtained despite

opposition or resistance to their accomplishment. There may be pressure to meet

deadlines in an environment laced with a wide variety of problems and unexpected

interruptions.
