Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for aTechnical Sales and Applications Engineer. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements, recommending suitable equipment and solutions, and supporting them through pre- and post-sales processes. The engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to execute sales strategies, prepare technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and help achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer requirements to propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients.
• Assist in preparing quotations, technical documents, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and principals for project execution and after-sales service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of technical sales and applications support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Analytical approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a dynamic work environment.
• Fresh graduates (2025 pass-outs) or professionals with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
