Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technical Sales Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) to drive PAN India sales for HIWIN automation products, including Servo Motors, Drives, Linear Motors, and Linear Slides.

The ideal candidate should have strong application knowledge in motion control systems and the ability to independently manage customer visits, technical discussions, and complete sales cycles from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel PAN India to meet OEMs, system integrators, machine builders, and end-users.
• Promote and sell HIWIN Servo Motors, Drives, Linear Motors, and Linear Slides.
• Identify new automation projects and develop business opportunities.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable motion control solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and follow up for order conversion.
• Coordinate with internal technical/application teams for solution support.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales pipeline reports, visit records, and market intelligence data.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry events.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 36 years of experience in technical sales of automation / motion control / industrial electronics products.
• Strong knowledge of Servo Systems, Drives, Linear Motors, and Motion Control Applications.
• Experience handling OEMs and industrial automation customers preferred.
• Ability to understand automation systems and control integration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Target-oriented, professional, and self-driven attitude.
