Job Description
Ceratizit is a global leader in the tooling industry, renowned for our innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer for Pune region.
Responsibilities
- Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging Business development opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys share at key accounts.
- Coordinating with Projects, Application and Support teams to discuss and solve customers challenges.
- Multi-level engagements and building brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customers.
- Conducting brand promotion activities/seminars/product training at the customers.
- Involvement during major trials, troubleshoot activities
- Negotiating with direct customers or channel partners for orders.
- Coordinating with external and internal teams regarding issues like payments/order booking.
- Customer Mapping, Profile card, implementing business contracts as per customers terms and conditions.
Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
