Job Description:

• Hands on experience in staffing company is preferred
• Excellent communication skills.
• Having thorough knowledge on End to End recruitment.
• Experience of Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, shortlisting through various sources like Job boards, referrals, internal databases & free and paid job postings.
• Handled Staff augmentation contract staffing.
• Exposed working on all types of IT requirements.
• Provide periodical progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Account Management & Client interaction.
• Project coordinator & stakeholder managment.
• Should be okay for both client location, Banaswadi and office location, Kundlugate
