Role & Responsibilities

End-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing screening closure)

Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri & referrals

Initial candidate communication & basic technical screening

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Meet hiring targets within timelines

Who Can Apply?

Freshers OR candidates with 12 years of recruitment experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, ATS (preferred)

Self-motivated, energetic & eager to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
