Job Requirements:

• 04 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
• International/US staffing experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C )
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in US time zones
