Job Requirements:
- 04 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
- International/US staffing experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C )
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
