We are excited to announce that Nexwave is expanding our international recruitment team, and we are looking for an experienced EU Recruiter to join us.

If you have worked on hiring for European countries and understand the standards, processes, and expectations of the EU market, we would love to connect with you.

Position: EU Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: Strong exposure to recruiting for Europe (Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Romania, etc.)

What we are looking for:

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for EU clients

Knowledge of EU hiring rules, skill shortage roles & documentation

Experience with blue-collar / white-collar hiring (any sector welcome)

Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills

Ability to communicate with international stakeholders

Understanding of visa flow, relocation, and compliance is an added advantage.
