Build strong pipelines of top IT talent

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Ensure a seamless candidate experience

Familiarity with various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS Tools

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to offer release .
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals .
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding .
