Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for US IT Staffing requirements. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Understand technical job requirements from clients.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary/rates and follow up with candidates until successful placement.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate pipelines.

Required Skills

• 14 years of experience in IT Recruitment (US or Domestic).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science / BCA / MCA / Any Graduate.
