About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter with experience in domestic IT hiring to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions and working closely with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and role fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and align candidate profiles.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for various IT technologies.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS or recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• 37 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience hiring for technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
• Experience working with System Integrators, Implementation Partners, or Product-based companies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred.
• Must be able to commute to Begumpet, Hyderabad.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willing to undergo background verification.
