Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 36 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT staffing industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of various technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.
