Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
36 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT staffing industry preferred).
Strong understanding of various technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.
