About the Role:

Were looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end hiring for SaaS, AI/ML, and engineering roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Youll source, engage, and hire top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Build strong talent pipelines for specialized roles
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding
• Track recruitment metrics and support employer branding

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience (SaaS, AI/ML, engineering)
• Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
