We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Motadata solutions for enterprise customers.

Position Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end implementation and delivery of Motadata solutions
• Managing project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Ensuring successful deployment and integration of monitoring & ITSM products
• Collaborating with customers, implementation engineers, DevOps, product & support teams
• Delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with customer objectives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Motadata solution deployments
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning
• Translate business & technical requirements into implementation plans
• Manage cross-functional teams (Implementation, DevOps, Support, Product)
• Oversee deployment, integration, and configuration of monitoring, logging & service desk solutions
• Identify risks, dependencies & mitigation strategies
• Conduct project status meetings & stakeholder updates
• Ensure documentation standards & best practices
• Drive process improvements & delivery efficiency
• Provide technical guidance to teams when required
• Ensure smooth project handover to support
• Conduct manual & automated testing to ensure product quality

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / IT Implementation / Enterprise Software Delivery
• Strong experience in IT Monitoring, ITSM, or Enterprise Software implementations
• Experience with tools like ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK Stack, Kibana, Zoho Service Desk
• Strong understanding of on-prem & cloud deployment models
• Networking knowledge (secure zones, firewalls, DMZ, enterprise infra)
• Experience with Linux & Windows servers
• Understanding of ITIL processes & service management frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good to Have

• PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL Certification
• Experience in IT monitoring, observability, or AIOps platforms
• Exposure to automation/scripting/deployment tools
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, JasperBI
• Experience in product-based or SaaS companies
