Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager / Head of Delivery to lead enterprise-scale delivery across multiple verticals. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end program delivery , client engagement, governance, and delivery excellence.

You will own the complete delivery lifecyclefrom planning and execution to quality, risk management, stakeholder communication, and P&L alignment while building scalable delivery models and high-performing teams.

This role is ideal for a delivery leader who builds systems, drives outcomes, and operates confidently at CXO and board levels .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Delivery Leadership

• Lead large, complex programs across BFSI, InsureTech, HealthTech, and Real Estate
• Define and scale Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid delivery frameworks
• Align delivery execution with business objectives and P&L goals

Engineering & Quality Excellence

• Champion CI/CD, DevOps, SRE, test automation, and non-functional excellence
• Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, high-performance enterprise systems

Program Governance & Risk Management

• Own enterprise delivery governance, KPIs, milestones, and escalation frameworks
• Drive risk, change, and release management across portfolios

Metrics, Analytics & Tooling

• Track and optimize delivery using OKRs, DORA metrics, NPS, and CSAT
• Leverage tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Act as the primary delivery interface for CXO and board-level stakeholders
• Lead executive reviews with transparency and strategic insight

Talent & Leadership Development

• Mentor senior PMs, scrum masters, tech leads, and delivery pods
• Build a high-performance, ownership-driven delivery culture

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Engineering / Computer Science (Masters or MBA preferred)
• Experience: 15+ years in enterprise delivery, with 7+ years in senior delivery leadership roles
• Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / CSM / ITIL (preferred)
