Role Overview

We are seeking a technically mature and hands-on Technical Project Manager - AI Projects, to drive the design, governance, and execution of intelligent automation solutions across our enterprise. This role blends solution architecture, delivery leadership, and team management to ensure successful implementation of RPA and AI-powered solutions. The candidate will lead in-house delivery teams, govern outsourced development, and play a critical role in shaping enterprise automation strategy with a focus on scalability, compliance, and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor internal development teams building in-houseAI and RPA solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutionarchitectures integrating LLMs,RPA tools, APIs,and orchestration layers.
• Review, monitor, and validate deliverables from outsourced/partner-led development teams.
• Establish and enforceenterprise standards for security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Define and validateprompt engineering strategies, fallback orchestration, and grounding techniques in LLM workflows.
• Drive reusability throughdesign templates, componentlibraries, and solutionaccelerators.
• Translate business use cases into scalable, governable AI/RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, and integration teams to ensurecompliance.
• Provide technical governance for automation platforms and recommend improvements.
• Act as escalation point for architecture-related deliverychallenges.
• Define best practices for documentation, testing,and architectural reviews.
• Provide leadership in large-scale automation rollouts across functions.
• Provision and manageAzure AI Foundryworkspaces, compute, and model endpoints.
• Implement RBAC, secureaccess controls, and data governance policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-led processtransformation.
• Participate in enterprise AI strategy forumsand innovation committees.
• Contribute hands-on codingand solution development when required.
• Lead a team of developers to ensure end to end delivery of working system

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for developing orchestration layers, automation scripts, integration adapters, and LLM prompt processing logic.
• Deep experience in building and deploying RPA and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of any one of the RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and LLM/SLM orchestration frameworks.
• Practical experience in designing scalable workflows involving AI agents, prompt logic, and fallback handling.
• Expertise in integrating automation solutions with SAP, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for automation pipelines and DevSecOps principles.
• Hands-on leadership in managing cross-functional delivery teams and outsourced vendors.
• Strong grasp of software engineering principles for large-scale enterprise automation programs.

Nice to have Skills:

• Azure AI Foundry: Workspace provisioning, model lifecycle management
• Azure OpenAI: Prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, endpoint management
• Azure Cognitive Services: Vision, Speech, Language, and Decision APIs
• Experience with prompt chaining and orchestration for LLM-based applications
• Familiarity with Azure AI Studio and Azure Arc for hybrid deployments
• Exposure of using the Azure AI SDKS to use the Azure Open AI capabilities in custom application.
