About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing large online portal developmentandimplementation. The ideal candidate would havehad experience in managing an off-shore team that is responsible for the enhancement and support of a healthcare platform built on .net Core, Angular and MS-SQL database. This is a critical technical manager role that requires the person to take full responsibility of all the technical deliverables form the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide architectural oversight and design guidance and mentorship to the team who will use traditional and AI tools for development, and best practices.
• Understand infrastructure requirements and optimise its use
• Ensure optimal team structure is maintained and skill and training addressed to make team members responsible for their deliverables
• Performance management
• Focussed on delivering release on agreed dates and ensure the team to archives it
• Identify project and technology risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, best practices, and workflows.
• Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend strategies for adoption and scaling.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering and inrelated technical field.
• 1015 years of experience inhands-onprojectdelivery of technology projects, withsome experience in AI/ML technology.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP models, predictive analytics, computer vision).
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience mentoring or guiding teams on technicalarchitecture, Design patterns, Software currency, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines for large-scale technical projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to cloud platformsAzure,
• Knowledge of data pipelines, data engineering, and data governance principles.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience working with cross-functional international teams.
• Healthcare domain expertise
