Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, with significant exposure to AI/ML-driven products.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), CHATBOTS and applied machine learning use cases.
Strong understanding of automation platforms, internal tooling, and workflow optimization.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and enterprise system enablement is highly desirable.
Solid data analytics skills with a strong focus on performance measurement, insights, and ROI.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with onsite collaboration.
Strong product mindset with an emphasis on scalability, user impact, and continuous improvement.
