Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to drive innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Technical Product Lead, you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, such as Self-Healing Supply Chain, Generative AI, and Digital Twins. Are you ready to make a positive impact?

Accountabilities

• Support the development of technical products that align with customer needs and business objectives aligned to Plan Source & Deliver domain.
• Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with DA&AI teams to design and deploy innovative tools and products.
• Assist in managing end-to-end product delivery by breaking down Epics into technical stories, ensuring technical and operational quality.
• Participate in research and evaluation of technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Break down feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.
• Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Exposure of Pharma Plan/Source/Deliver domain
• Experience of delivering Digital products using Data, Analytics and AI technologies.
• Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
• Experience leading complex data and AI projects.
• Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Master’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field
• Product/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutions
• Previous involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environment
