Qualifications

Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of experience in information security- Solid knowledge of GRC, Security Operations.

Hands-on experience with tools such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, IAM, and cloud security solutions.

Job Description:

Support development, implementation, and maintenance of the customer's organization information security program. Experience in  Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and involve leading a team of analysts and engineers. work closely with Customer and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the protection of data, systems, and infrastructure.

Security Operations Support

Oversee key security operations functions such as threat monitoring, vulnerability

management, and incident response.

Lead development and testing of incident response plans, business continuity, and disaster

recovery programs.

Manage security tools, and technology roadmaps.

Work closely with IT infrastructure and application development teams to ensure secure

architectures and DevSecOps practices.

Monitor security tools (e.g., SIEM, DLP, EDR) and support incident response processes.

Assist in managing identity and access controls, endpoint protection, and user awareness

training.

Support patch management, vulnerability assessments, and configuration compliance efforts.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on security risks, controls, and mitigation strategies.

Reporting 

Prepare reports for leadership on security posture, risks, and compliance metrics. Maintain clear documentation of security incidents, audit findings, and remediation efforts.

GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

Implement and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.Support internal risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA,PCI DSS, SOX).

Coordinate with IT, DevOps, and legal/compliance teams to ensure security controls are integrated across the organization.

Lead and mentor a small cybersecurity team including analysts and GRC staff.

Assign tasks, review performance, and support professional development of team members.
