About the Job – We are looking for SAP ABAP LEAD.
Educational Background – Any Graduate.
Experience- 7+ years.
Location- NOIDA

Responsibilites: 
•    SAP Certification in ABAP or S/4HANA (preferred).
•    Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF).
•    Collaborate with functional consultants to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•    Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and scalability using advanced techniques like buffering, parallel processing, and memory management.
•    Integrate SAP systems with external applications using BAPI, RFC, IDoc, and OData services.
•    Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and Fiori app development initiatives.
•    Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
•    Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).
•    Maintain detailed documentation for all developments and configurations.
•    Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and contribute to innovative initiatives.
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
•    7–10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
•    Deep expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV reports, BADI, BAPI, Smart Forms, and SAP Scripts.
•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Web IDE.
•    Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
