This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Technical Lead. The responsibilities include leading software development projects and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The Technical Lead will oversee the development lifecycle, guide the team in technical decisions, review code, and ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translating them into strategic implementation plans.

• Proficiency in software system architecture, designing, and development
• Experience with software project management and leading technical teams
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Understanding of modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Experience in cloud technology, DevOps practices, and software testing is a plus
