Technical Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead, based in Mumbai. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, providing technical guidance to the team, writing and maintaining code, and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies. The role entails collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and mentoring team members to enhance performance and technical knowledge.

• Expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, system design, and architecture.
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.
• Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions.
• Prior experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
