Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and MS Excel. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Oversee the administration and support of Active Directory services ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Active Directory-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory configurations processes and procedures.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data create reports and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Active Directory with other systems and applications.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and best practices for Active Directory.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of Active Directory to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Active Directory and related technologies.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of Active Directory upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Active Directory and related tools.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

  • Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture and administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show experience in implementing and managing security policies for Active Directory.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
