Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI and Splunk Admin. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within the team.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions to enhance our product offerings.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Splunk environments to ensure efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Generative AI and Splunk-related projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data within Splunk environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Generative AI models and Splunk configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Splunk technologies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Generative AI and its practical applications.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Splunk Admin including configuration and optimization.
  • Nice to have experience with data security and integrity practices.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Nice to have experience in conducting technical training sessions.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have strong communication and documentation skills.

    Certified Splunk Administrator Certified AI Practitioner
