Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon S3 Amazon SNS Amazon SQS Mongo DB and Node.js. Experience in OTT Digital Content Delivery is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and reliable systems using Amazon S3 Amazon SNS Amazon SQS Mongo DB and Node.js.Oversee the development and deployment of applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with business goals.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices with the development team.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with industry standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge transfer.Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and improvements to enhance efficiency.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Amazon S3 Amazon SNS Amazon SQS Mongo DB and Node.js.Have experience in designing and implementing scalable systems.Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Exhibit knowledge of security and data protection best practices.Show ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.Have experience in OTT Digital Content Delivery (nice to have).Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Possess the ability to work in a hybrid work model.Show commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the field.
Certifications Required
Good to have MongoDB Certified Developer and Node.js Certified Developer
