Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ansible and UiPath and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role involves overseeing technical projects ensuring quality and efficiency and contributing to the companys innovative solutions. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of automation solutions using Ansible and UiPath.Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure project success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Ensure the quality and efficiency of automation processes through rigorous testing and validation.Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to automation tools.Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and solutions.Monitor and optimize the performance of automation systems to ensure they meet performance standards.Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technologies and incorporate them into projects.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Mentor junior team members and provide training on automation tools and techniques.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the companys automation strategies and practices.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation projects.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Ansible and UiPath demonstrating the ability to develop and implement automation solutions.Have a solid understanding of automation best practices and industry standards.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest automation technologies.Have experience in mentoring and training junior team members.Display strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Possess a keen attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of automation processes.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in automation practices.Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work.Exhibit a customer-focused mindset ensuring that automation solutions meet business needs and enhance user experience.Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
