Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VDI - Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI Windows VDI - Citrix VAD and VDI - Citrix Cloud. Additionally experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is mandatory. The role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless virtual desktop infrastructure and contributing to the companys mission of providing top-notch insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of VDI solutions using Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI and Citrix technologies.Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Windows-based virtual desktop environments.Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.Ensure the security and compliance of VDI systems in accordance with industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VDI solutions with existing systems.Monitor and troubleshoot VDI performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability.Develop and maintain documentation for VDI configurations processes and procedures.Conduct regular assessments and audits of VDI environments to identify areas for improvement.Implement best practices for VDI management and deployment.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and optimize VDI performance.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of VDI systems.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for VDI environments.Contribute to the continuous improvement of VDI processes and technologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in VDIAzure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI and Citrix technologies.Demonstrate proficiency in managing and optimizing Windows-based virtual desktop environments.Have a solid understanding of security and compliance requirements for VDI systems.Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Show experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
