We're Hiring for Deprel Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

DepRel Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering and construction company delivering end-to-end EPC execution across power and electrical infrastructure, civil construction, telecom networks, and ELV systems . The team supports government and corporate projects with services spanning power distribution, transmission lines, substations, and industrial electrification; foundations and structural civil works; and telecom/ELV deployments such as tower installation, optical fiber laying, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. DepRel is focused on disciplined on-ground delivery, safety, and qualitybuilding reliable infrastructure that performs in real-world conditions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Engineer, based in Srinagar, Jammu & Ladakh. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to clients, conducting system installations, and performing routine maintenance of various IT systems. The role involves collaborating with the internal team to ensure the efficient delivery of IT solutions and addressing customers' technical challenges in a proactive manner. Participation in the testing, deployment, and improvement of technology systems is also a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Hardware Maintenance, IT Systems Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution
• Proficiency in Software Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance
• Skills in Networking, System Administration, and Network Security
• Experience with IT Support Tools, Diagnostics, and Issue Management
• Good communication and analytical skills for effective client interaction
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide on-site technical support
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent, are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
