About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise implementations. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and client leadership to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while driving innovation through modern platforms and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Manage day-to-day technical delivery of enterprise-grade software and digital transformation programs.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical execution plans .
• Track and manage delivery health including scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and quality .
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous delivery standards.

Agile & Governance

• Establish, maintain, and enforce the Definition of Done (DoD) across development teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Continuously refine DoD based on client feedback, delivery learnings, and project needs .
• Lead all internal Agile cadences including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives .

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders .
• Lead and manage client-facing forums including sprint demos, stakeholder alignment meetings, and cross-team coordination calls.
• Own and chair Steering Committee meetings with client executives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports , ensuring alignment with business goals and timely issue resolution.

Technology & Innovation

• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution design and implementation strategies.
• Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows across client environments.
• Support delivery of solutions involving SaaS platforms, system integrations, workflow automation, and AI-driven technologies .

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and consultants on delivery best practices, quality standards, and client engagement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
