Technical Delivery Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and support engineering team
• Prefer someone from development background
• Some who has handled projects in Java
• Create a technical strategy and budget proposal
• Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
• Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Qualifications:

• 8 - 12 years of experience
• Have to track project closely
• Measure all metrics resolve
• Highlight risks
• Represent and solve issues with developer teams and customer and find middle ground
• Cadence
• Daily customer communication
• Understand the project and product very well
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• 6+ years' of management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
