Technical Delivery Manager

Summary : We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead global supply chain technology initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in software development and project delivery, particularly in enterprise and supply chain systems.

About the Role : You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology projects, acting as the key liaison between development teams and global stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while driving engineering excellence and process improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage global supply chain tech projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders and development teams.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and engineering best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain documentation and playbooks.

Qualifications :

• 15+ years in software development and technical project/delivery management.

Required Skills :

• Expertise in legacy system modernization and API-first architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and modern frameworks.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, code reviews, and quality assurance practices.
• Proven ability to manage risks, resources, and team workloads.
• Experience in change management and technology adoption.
• Familiarity with AI code agents (e.g., Cursor, Augment Code).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with supply chain or ERP systems.
• Understanding of supply chain business rules and optimization.
• Knowledge of secure coding and application security.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and performance monitoring tools.
