Technical Consultant

Role: Senior Developer POS Technical Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, Noida, Bangalore

Minimum years of Experience: 4 Years

Job Description:

• Implement and configure POS systems (e.g., GKPOS or similar retail POS platforms).
• Develop and maintain integrations between POS and ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS hardware/software.
• Perform system testing, validation, and performance tuning.
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with the security and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of POS architecture and retail transaction flows.
• Experience with POS development/customization (Java, .NET, or similar).
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
• Understanding of payment processing, tax, and store operations.
• Minimum 46 years in POS technical consulting or retail IT.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple projects.
• Open to travel for store rollouts and support.
