Role Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and AI-driven Product Business Analyst who understands how AI solutions are built, trained, deployed, and optimized.

This is not a traditional BA role. We need someone who:

• Understands AI/ML concepts
• Can work closely with Data Scientists & Engineers
• Can translate AI capabilities into business value
• Thinks product-first and outcome-focused

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI product features, use cases, and business impact
• Gather and document requirements for AI/ML-based systems
• Work with AI/ML teams on data requirements, model workflows, and evaluation metrics
• Translate AI model outputs into business-friendly insights
• Understand LLMs, automation tools, predictive models, and intelligent workflows
• Define acceptance criteria for AI features (accuracy, performance, reliability)
• Collaborate on API integrations and system architecture
• Participate in roadmap planning and sprint execution
• Monitor AI feature performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• 35 years experience as Product BA / Technical BA
• Hands-on exposure to AI-driven or data-centric products
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, NLP, automation, predictive analytics)
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based systems
• Basic SQL for data validation
• Experience working in Agile product environments
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Engineering / Computer Science background preferred
