We are looking for a Palantir Lead / Architect Insurance to anchor and scale a clients Palantir Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive high-impact insurance analytics and AI solutions.

Role Overview

As a Palantir Lead / Architect, you will act as the bridge between Insurance business stakeholders and Palantir engineering teams, leading solution design, client engagement, and delivery governance. Youll translate complex insurance problems into scalable Palantir Foundry (and AIP) solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Solution Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Palantir solution design for Insurance use cases
• Translate business requirements into data pipelines, ontology models, and analytics workflows
• Design scalable, governed Palantir Foundry solutions
• Review architecture and implementations for performance and best practices

Insurance Domain Leadership

• Work closely with stakeholders across Claims, Policy, Underwriting, Customer Experience, Fraud & Risk
• Convert insurance workflows and KPIs into actionable dashboards and decision-support solutions

CoE & Delivery Leadership

• Provide technical and functional leadership to offshore Palantir teams
• Define CoE standards, reusable components, and accelerators
• Support roadmap planning, estimation, and phased delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor in client discussions and steering committees

Required Skills & Experience

• 812+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platforms, or data architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (enterprise-scale implementation preferred)
• Expertise in SQL, Python, data pipelines, and ontology modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
• Experience working with onshore-offshore delivery models

Preferred Experience

• Strong Insurance domain knowledge (Claims lifecycle, Policy Admin, Underwriting, Risk & Fraud)
• Exposure to Palantir AIP / GenAI use cases
• Experience building or scaling Analytics or Platform CoEs
• Palantir certifications
