We are now building one of Indias first AI-native Vendor & Commerce Ecosystems , connecting WMS, marketplaces, offline retail, vendors, finance, and automated insights into a seamless digital workflow.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong experience across ERPs, automation tools, and process optimization. You will architect and build internal systems, vendor portals, automations, and AI-enabled workflows while working directly with Vastramays leadership.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves solving complex data, process, and integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities1. Build Vendor & Internal Ops Portal

Using no-code / low-code platforms such as:

Zoho Creator, Bubble, Glide, Retool, Airtable, AppSheet, Softr

You will build modules for:

• Purchase Orders (POs)
• Advance Shipment Notes (ASNs)
• GRNs
• QC workflows
• Invoices & Payments
• Vendor ticketing system
• Internal operations dashboards

2. Automations & API Integrations

Design and maintain automations using tools like:

Make.com, Zapier, Zoho Flow, Pabbly, n8n, Workato

Integrate across systems including:

• Unicommerce (WMS)
• Shopify
• Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio
• WhatsApp Cloud API
• Email, Slack & internal tools
• Future ERP (under evaluation)

3. ERP Logic & Data Flow Design

Strong understanding of ERP modules and business logic:

• SKU masters & item structures
• Procurement cycle: PO ASN GRN QC Invoice Payment
• Inventory & warehouse flows
• B2B procurement & finance workflows
• Pricing, taxation, and data normalization

Experience with any major ERP is a plus:

Tally Prime, Odoo, SAP B1, Oracle Netsuite, Ginesys, Logic, Marg, Zoho Inventory, Microsoft Navision, etc.

4. AI & GPT-Based Layer

Use AI tools to automate insights and workflows such as:

• Converting vendor WhatsApps and emails into structured tickets
• Auto-generating QC/GRN summaries
• Creating vendor-facing AI assistants
• Building internal insight engines and GPT-based explanations

5. Dashboards & Insights

Design dashboards using tools like:

Zoho Analytics, Retool Dashboards, PowerBI, Metabase, Airtable Interfaces

to provide visibility into vendor SLAs, procurement flows, inventory, and performance metrics.

Who You Are

• Experienced in working with multiple ERPs or complex business systems
• Strong knowledge of no-code development & automation platforms
• Solid understanding of WMS, D2C, marketplaces & offline retail operations
• A systems thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Curious, fast, and hands-on with a bias for execution
• Enjoy collaborating with leadership teams
