Tech Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Lead with strong expertise in X++ development, D365 technical architecture, and integrations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end technical implementations, design scalable solutions, and confidently engage with customers and vendor partners on technical discussions and integration strategies.

Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
  
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O / AX technical development
  
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in at least 23 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of D365 F&O solutions
  
• Architect robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions aligned with business requirements
  
• Own and drive X++ development, customizations, and extensions using best practices
  
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using:
  
  • OData
    
  • REST / SOAP APIs
    
  • AIF / DMF
    
  • Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory (as applicable)
    
• Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and technical governance
  
• Review technical designs, code, and deployment strategies
  
• Guide and mentor technical team members (developers)
  
• Manage build, release, and deployment activities across environments
  
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft D365 standards, extensibility framework, and upgrade-safe customizations
  
• Support data migration strategies and execution
  

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as the primary technical SPOC for customers
  
• Confidently communicate and present technical solutions, integration approaches, and architecture to:
  
  • Customers
    
  • Vendor partners
    
  • Internal stakeholders
    
• Participate in technical workshops, design discussions, and solution reviews
  
• Collaborate closely with Functional Leads, Project Managers, and external partners
  

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on expertise in X++ development
  
• Deep understanding of D365 F&O architecture
