Job Purpose

To lead and guide a team of developers in the design and development of cutting-edge AI applications, utilizing advanced technologies and innovative solutions to drive business success.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of the GenAI App, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines
• Mentor and guide team members in technical best practices and innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the GenAI App
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies to drive innovation in the GenAI App
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within the team
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality metrics
• Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates on project milestones and technical progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time

Recommended Additional Skills

• Experience with agile methodologies
